Planet Discovered Orbiting Two Stars
NASA's Kepler mission has made the first confirmed detection of a circumbinary planet (a planet orbiting two stars) 200 light-years from Earth. The planet, Kepler-16b, is a cold gas giant and is not suspected of harboring life.
