Is strange to think that our bodies, and everything around is is subjected to about 15 pounds per square inch of air pressure. Thats over 2000 lbs per square foot!

Actually, we are subject to less than one atmosphere pressure, which equates to 14.696 psi, at 25 degrees Centigrade. Still, that is quite a pressure surrounding us.
