The Multi-Touch display is an 'intelligent' touch screen, allowing users to manipulate data using intuitive gestures.

This video, initially aired in 2006, was one of the first demonstrations of this type of technology. While it may seem quite commonplace now, we weren't all walking around with iPads back then.
