The crew of a boat comes across what appeared to be a floating beach in the middle of the ocean. Upon reaching shore they consulted experts and were told it was a patch of floating pumice, ejected from an underwater volcanic eruption.

Indeed that was a rare phenomenon indeed. To be able to capture this footage required some remarkable timing! Worthy watch.
