I had quite a few flashbacks watching this....

Today it's hard to describe to younger people the joy we had in in playing Coleco's Pong, or Atari's Tank. I think the original Asteroids was a ridiculously low (even for those days) 20-30 lines of code.

Growing up during the birth of the digital age has been awesome.

They're more and more real. I wonder when the time will come that virtual reality will be a part of video games.

I have played quite a few of these games as the video game industry was evolving. I remember having to go to the "arcade" for the latest in gaming technology. Now home systems blow away most of the old arcade games. Still, going down to the arcade was a pretty cool way to spend an afternoon with friends!
